Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This policy covers this website ridetracker.co (and www.ridetracker.co), the public marketing site for RideTracker. It is operated by Rohit Joshi and Big Context Corporation. This page is a simple, informational site: there are no accounts, sign-ups, or forms to fill in here.

The RideTracker app itself — the private, invite-only club app at ridetracker.ca — collects more information (because you have an account there) and has its own, more detailed privacy policy. This one is only about the marketing site you're reading now.

What we collect on this site

We do notask you for any personal information on this site, and we don't set any cookies of our own. The only information involved is:

  • Anything you email us. The site has an “Email us” link. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply and to help you get set up.
  • Basic technical logs. Our host, Vercel, automatically records standard server information for each visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the site and keep it secure.
  • Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and roughly which country visitors come from). It is cookieless, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We don't create marketing profiles about you.

Where the site is hosted

The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers are located in the United States. That means the basic technical information above may be processed outside of Canada and can be subject to the laws of that country.

Your choices and your rights

Because we don't collect personal information here beyond what you email us, there's very little to manage. If you've emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence, or you have any privacy question, just contact us and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for us, that's Canada, under PIPEDA and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act), you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
